High Bay LED Lights 100W 150W 200W 240W 5000K Daylight 0-10V Dimmable Waterproof UFO Commercial Warehouse Light Motion Sensor / Remote Optional UL DLC Listed

I’ve reviewed several different UFO UFO High Bay lights in the 100 to 200W range. This is the flattest design I have reviewed yet and one of the best for lighting spaces less than 10 feet high.

Pros:
– Seems to cast a wider beam of light requiring less height, is this because of the flatter design than many other similar lights, perhaps
– Very good heat dissipation, runs 5 to 10 degrees cooler than similar lights I have tested
– Very sturdy hook for hanging with additional safety cable
– Well balanced with a good weight so it’s not easily blown around
– UL Certified

Cons
– The wire exits through the hook making it a bit difficult to install or remove the hook (Minor as you aren’t going to be threading the hook in and out a lot) The location of the wire being dead center does seem to help with the balance of the light

All of the lights I have tested I first test in my utility room with 8 foot ceilings then in my shop with 13 foot cleanings, this is the only light that has been able to cast light on the top of the water tank and no surprise better coverage in my 13foot high shop.

This light also draws close to the advertised 100W, According to my meter it pulls 94 to 97 watts.

In summary this is a solid light and one that has found a permanent home in my shop, if this was installed in an area that seen a lot of air movement I think the threading on the hook is standard pipe thread so one could cut the plug off the wire, thread in a piece of pipe and permanently affix it to an electrical box hard wired in.
